Okay, as promised - photos of my low-budget anime catgirl costume! Let's see what we can do for a small amount of money and with lots of safety pins... Oh sweet Goddess I look horrid... The hardest part was actually pinning the ears to the wig and making it look relatively balanced on both sides. After wearing it all day my real hair kept leaking out the bottom. I think it would have worked better if I'd had something bigger in the cleavage department.
